The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale of products and services offered by THE ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR

Article 1 - Purpose

Article 2 - Characteristics of the goods offered
SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP made known to the consumer all the essential characteristics of the goods offered. These characteristics may include the dimensions, weights, quantities, components of the goods offered. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP invites the consumer to read these characteristics.

Article 3 - Availability of goods
Goods and services are available in the shop while supplies last. Stock-outs can not in any way engage the responsibility of ARTS WORKSHOP IN SUGAR.

Article 4 - Photographs
The photographs used on our site are only indicative. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP strives to ensure that these photographs are as realistic as possible, but suggests its customers to carefully read the product descriptions.

Article 5 - Commitment to Customer
The customer agrees to complete the order form and provide all information necessary for identification. It must also ensure to provide accurate and complete information. This confirmation can be used as evidence in case of dispute. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP reserves the right to cancel the order if it is unable to honor and inform the customer by email. This confirmation or, where appropriate, refusal of acceptance of an order will be confirmed to the user within 72 hours after receipt of order (working days). The flow rate of the day is done simultaneously with the acceptance of the order by ARTS WORKSHOP IN SUGAR. If payment is refused by credit card, and unless otherwise specified by the client, it will be represented in a period of 7 days.

Article 7 -
The prices of the products in a shop are valid at the time of consultation by the customer. Prices charged are those prevailing at the time of placing the order. The prices listed on the site SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP are in Euros and include all taxes (VAT). They can be changed at any time without notice. The prices are those applied at time of order in the stocks last and subject to typographical error or change in the rate of French VAT. Any change in this rate would be reflected immediately on the sale price. The products remain the property of ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR until full payment by the customer. Transportation will be added automatically and will be visible on the order form. Prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. The VAT included is French VAT. For orders to countries other than France, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. For products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not matter for ARTS WORKSHOP IN SUGAR. They will be charged to the customer under its full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities / agencies of his country. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP advises its customers to learn about these issues with local authorities.

Article 8 - Payment

Article 9 - Delivery
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not mandatory. If the delay exceeds 30 days following the date of transmission of the order, a cancellation and refund of payment will be made unless the customer wishes to maintain its control or order. Our orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment, except rupture that may cause further delay.
Note for DOM / TOM: The billing country must specify the department or overseas territory concerned. If this is not the case, an increase may be requested.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer at the time of order. Delivery can be made only if the buyer has its obligations to the seller. If the property is unavailable, the consumer will be informed immediately and will cancel the order. His bank account would then not be debited.

Article 10 - Right of withdrawal (money back)
10.1 - Conditions of withdrawal Customer
The customer has a period of seven days (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code) to return a product that does not satisfy him. Products will be accepted only in new condition and complete (manuals, accessories), returned in their original packaging. 10.2 - Procedure for customer withdrawal

10.3 - Repayment
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in this Article shall be made at the discretion of the company ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR by crediting the customer's bank account or by check sent to the customer who placed the order and at billing within 30 days after receipt by the ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR such products.
According to the law on distance selling, the buyer has a period of 7 days of receipt to return the product that does not suit him.
Except in the case where the return is the result of an error on our part, the cost of return will be at his office.
This right of return will be accepted for complete products in their original state (packaging, accessories ...) with a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not included.
The product must be returned to the following address: SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP 19 Avenue 90000 WILSON BELFORT. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP will refund the customer within a period not exceeding 30 days after receipt of goods by him. Reimbursement will be made by transfer to the bank account of the customer who placed the order.
However, the consumer may waive the repayment and opt for the exchange of good.
Subject to the right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, no product returns will be accepted by SUGAR ART WORKSHOP for difference in color shades of the products. Just as no returns will be accepted for color shade difference between those displayed on the website and the actual product.

Article 11 - Evidence
The filing of purchase orders and invoices is made by the company ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR for any payments made online, on a durable medium in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code. Article 12 - Risks associated with transport

Article 13 - Non compliance of products
Any complaint must be sent to the address indicated in section 1. (Email or postal address). The consumer will check the conformity of the products received. In case of non compliance, it will communicate by email or fax SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP 3 days. SUGAR ARTS WORKSHOP will exchange the product or refund the consumer after the return of the nonconforming product.

Article 14 - Transfer of property
In all cases, the delivered goods remain property of ARTS WORKSHOP SUGAR until full payment (Act No. 80-335 of 12 May 1980).


15 Article - No receipt of packages delivered by post
If the customer is absent upon delivery, the package is deposited in the office of the Post Office nearest to his home, where it can be removed within fifteen (15) days upon presentation of the notice left by the Post in his mailbox. At the end of this period, the Post Office we returned unclaimed each package.
If a package and returned to us for reasons such as "unclaimed" or "does not live at the address," we will reship your order after the payment of the corresponding port.
If you do not pay the return postage, or if you do not always claim the package has been returned to you again after such payment and that the package is returned a second time by post, it will be stored in our warehouses for six (6) months.
At the end of this period, we reserve the right to destroy items and stored, without notice or demand. This destruction does not confer any right to refund, exchange or compensation.

Article 16 - Right of access to files

Article 17 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are governed in all their stipulations by French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the absence of agreement between the parties, any dispute that may arise between them regarding the formation, execution or interpretation will be the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Belfort (90), even in cases of multiple defendants.
